I am travelling and have difficulties in making the weekly
Circulars.
But in about a week I shall return to Caracas and you
shall get all the issues as I want to honour my commitments to those that have
subscribed and want to keep the issues going.

Pud (?),
the Gault bros.
I think and at least one de Verteuil........
I have a couple of pics taken at MSB in the late fifties.

About Fr. Edward (Jan) Theunissen: he
was born on 22 August 1939 and died of melanoma in the Netherlands on 06 July
1989.
About Fr. Christopher (Henk [Henry])
Theunissen: he is at present in the Netherlands for his annual medical
check-ups. He is expected back at MSB in November.
About Fr. Augustine (Piet [Peter])
Schreurs: he is still alive at MSB. His 95th birthday will be on 15 October
2019.

Cecil Camacho OLDBOY 1968
Recently retired as the Senior Partner
leading the corporate/commercial practice.
Cecil was admitted to practice as a
Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Trinidad and Tobago in 1976.
He is also admitted to practice in
Barbados.
Cecil was a former senior partner of
DeNobriga Inniss & Co. and Lex Caribbean prior to the establishment of
Johnson, Camacho & Singh. Cecil’s expertise lies in the practice areas of
Corporate and Commercial law, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance,
Project Finance, Capital Markets, Insolvency and Restructuring.
Some of his signature achievements
include:
The establishment of the Corporate
Commercial Department at DeNobriga Inniss & Co. in 1992 and leading its
growth into one of the largest such practices in Trinidad and Tobago;
Spearheading the merger between
DeNobriga Inniss & Co. and Lex Caribbean (Barbados) in 2000 and becoming
its first Regional Managing Partner and leading its growth into one of the
largest law firms in the Caribbean before demitting office in 2007;
Lead Caribbean Counsel for the buyer in
the acquisition of the Courts PLC assets in eleven countries. This involved,
amongst other things, managing the legal due diligence in these countries and
designing the security structure whereby all the assets of the Courts PLC
entities in the eleven countries could be used as security whilst complying
with the financial assistance restrictions in each country;
Lead Counsel for lenders in corporate
finance and capital markets transactions in Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados,
Antigua, Suriname, Aruba, Guyana, Belize, Grenada, Martinique, The Bahamas,
Cayman Islands, St. Martin, St. Vincent, St. Kitts, Dominican Republic and St.
Lucia;
Local Counsel for lenders and sponsors
in project finance deals in Trinidad in the energy sector;
Lead Counsel for lenders in project
finance deals in the US Virgin Islands and Jamaica;
Local Counsel for British Gas PLC from
its inception in Trinidad (1992) including advice on the joint venture with BP et
al in Atlantic Energy.

Got
a long letter from BERNARD LANGE, who writes to say he is now “Free lancing”
for the Guardian doing all kinds of exciting things like the –Sunday Rap and
the Carnival Camp round up.
Bernard
runs the Venture unit of 2nd Mount St. Benedict (we need a photo of him in
Uniform to tickle the nostalgia).
He
says the night editor of the Guardian is an old Mountie, will get his name for
us.
Bernard
recommends if you ever feel down and out, wet and droopy, like a soggy old curtain,
just pull yourself together.
Bernard
is also still coaching the Aqua Lads Swim Club, and is getting children of the
Old Boys.
SEAN
COSTELLO’s son and STANLEY KERRY’s daughter.
Need
the address of both these guys? There is also Aqua Lasses!!!!

spends some time in Antigua in March and met the Souls, All well.

St. Lucia comes a letter from RICHARD JOHNSON giving me the whereabouts of his
three brothers.
BERNARD
(Flat Top) owns and operates a cold storage, and spends his free time fishing
and boating.
CLAUDE
(Flat Foot) is in England.
ANTHONY
(Gabby) is in Northern California, owns his own Accounting Business in
partnership with another C.P.A.
RICHARD
(Bookie) runs the family Hardware Business.

DEVAUX operates a Dairy producing Milk and Ice Cream. He is married with one
daughter. KLIM milk is better than an udder.

a 7 page letter from LEARY O´CONNOR, thanks the good Lord he only writes once
every 30 years.
GILLIAN
and LEARY plan a long trip to Trinidad, U.S.A. and Canada this summer.
We
really hope they make it out to the East Coast and have offered our Hospitality
plus a free Lobster dinner. (Catch your own).

23, Degree in Social Work. Is Hostel Supervisor ant the Agricultural Collage
and High School. Her boyfriend works there also.
ALLAN
22, works on Barrow Island, in the “Oil Patch”. Has motor bike, and just
returned from an extensive trip in U.S.A. and trying to catch up with fan mail.
ANNIE
MARIE 21, Diploma in Physical Education and works at the Catholic Girls
Collage. Doing her Degree in Bachelor of Education, part time. Top sports
woman, recently played touch football representing her State.
RORY
19, doing 2nd year Medical Technology, mucks around with his second hand Land
Rover. Works at Barrow Island in the summer. Broke his leg in a motorbike
accident, and wants to get another bike soon.
LISA
17, on her final year at school, saving up madly for a ski trip this winter,
loves sports.

O´CONNOR, works for Woodside a company developing a big gas field on the
Northwest Shelf. He is Snr. Drilling Tool pusher.

wife ELSPETH is doing a Social Work Degree.

is back in Queensland.

21, was an Apprentice Fitter in a Truck Body Plant, but now works on Barrow

Got
a card from STANLEY FERGUSON; a real treasure, he has passed on ARTHUR DU
BOULAY´s (St. Lucia) Christmas letter.
We
won’t see Stanley this year as we have changed plans and will visit Trinidad
and Barbados.

ARTHUR
DU BOULAY´s son, FREDDIE was knocked down by a car in July last year and was
paralyzed. He has made a miraculous recovery and is almost back to normal now.
FRANCIE,
works as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at the Trinidad Union Club.
DANIELLE
11 , still at school.
ARTHUR
has started his own business at home and is looking for Agencies (I put him on
to Delano who is in a similar boat). He is specializing in Security (Safes,
Locks, etc.)
Last
year they holidayed at Margarita Island (off Venezuela) and had a feast of sea
food even the sea bathing was disappointing.
They
plan to go to Aruba this year, Where is DENIS these days????
